FUNctional Pediatric Therapy, is a growing outpatient pediatric clinic that offers individualized occupational, physical and speech therapy services to children. From newborn to adolescences our team incorporates functional skills with individualized approaches to therapy. Play is the occupation of all children, and the best way to improve functional outcomes is when a child is intrinsically motivated to complete the activities. In other words, at FUNctional Pediatric Therapy, we put the FUN in functional!
Our growing practice is currently looking to add an occupational therapist to our team. We are looking for an OT that cares about our patients, their families and passionate about being an occupational therapist. We are looking for a candidate who puts the patient first. As an OT at FUNctional Pediatric Therapy, you will be a part of a dynamic, collaborative, multidisciplinary team.
Occupational therapists will be responsible for evaluations, developing a plan of care, integrating fun/creative treatment sessions, and facilitate meaningful outcomes.
Occupational therapists will be responsible for providing parents with supportive plans, strategies and techniques to support their child in achieving their maximum levels of independence.
Occupational therapists will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of care in all areas of practice including but not limited to, patient one-on-one care, documentation and while interfacing with families.
Occupational therapists will be responsible for maintaining records and producing timely documentation on our web-based EMR system.
Occupational therapists will be responsible for maintaining confidentiality with all proprietary information.
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:
At least 1 year of pediatric experience in a pediatric population.
Must be professional, be self-motivated, friendly and passionate about pediatrics.
Must have a Master degree in Occupational Therapy.
Must be licensed or eligible to be licensed in the state of Kansas.
This is a full time position and will allow the candidate to be eligible for Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Dental and PTO. This is a rapidly growing clinic with the opportunities to make profound differences in the lives we touch!

Pay: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
