• OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST JOB SUMMARY

  • An Occupational Therapist provides occupational therapy services to Home Care patients in accordance with physician- prescribed treatment. Assesses patient progress and facilitates changes in plan of care as needed.

• OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST JOB SPECIFICATIONS

  • Education and/or experience: Occupational Therapy licensure in the State of Tennessee with experience of 2 years preferred. Home care experience preferred.

    Knowledge: Working knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, State of Tennessee and Joint Commission Standards preferred. Working knowledge of computers required.

    Skills/Abilities: Requires strong assessment and communication skills, organization and time management. Must be self-directed.
