Mileage Reimbursement * 1:1 Care

The Home Care Occupational Therapist contributes to our Mission of Caring by providing compassionate care to our clients in their homes throughout Rhode Island. The OT conducts day-to-day activities, including evaluations and education, to our clients in a one-on-one setting in their home. The Occupational Therapist for Saint Elizabeth Home Care is a part of a cohesive and collaborative interdisciplinary team with ample administrative support. Our OTs are equipped with point of care devices (iPad), as well as all necessary and requested medical equipment and supplies.

Qualifications for a Home Care Occupational Therapist:

• Current and valid OT license in Rhode Island.
• Current and valid CPR certification.
• Home care experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, automobile insurance
