Occupational Therapist- Home Health- 20 hours a week, Mon - Fri - VNA Care

VNA Care is seeking a Home Health OT for our Worcester Team. Territory includes Shrewsbury, Worcester, Millbury, Sutton, and Douglas.

Manageable geographic service, visits scheduled in tight radius for travel each day.

Schedule for Occupational Therapist: Work 20 hours: Monday – Friday, between 8am-4:30pm.

Training: We offer an extensive Home Health orientation program. Work with a preceptor in the field for 6-8 weeks and have the support of an Educator while learning Case Management, Oasis E documenting, Time Management and EMR system; Home Care Home Base. Requirements for Occupational Therapist:
• Minimum 1 year in acute care setting or comparable work experience.
• Home Care experience rpreferred.
