Responsibilities
As an Occupational Therapist with VNA Health at Home, you will empower patients on their journey of rehabilitation and healing. Your compassionate heart and skilled hands bring forth hope, crafting a home care plan that rejuvenates spirits and restores purpose.
Responsibilities:
+ Establishes and updates the occupational therapy plan of treatment. Reports changes in patient condition to appropriate personnel and the attending physician.
+ Provides patient care education to patient and other caregivers.
+ Demonstrates sensitivity to patient and/or caregivers needs, customs or feelings.
+ Provides supervision for occupational therapy assistants as required by policy and regulations.
+ Participates in coordination of services with other disciplines and community resources, as needed.
+ Completes and submits all required documentation in an accurate and timely manner.
+ Participates in case conferences, summary reports, quarterly record review and annual program review, in-services and special case orientations.
+ Maintains productivity standards and availability requirements.
+ All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree from an accredited school approved by the American Occupational Therapy Association.
+ Currently licensed to practice in the state serviced.
+ One-year occupational therapy experience required; Home Health experience preferred.
+ Must obtain and maintain current CPR Certification.

Pay Range
$35.29 - $51.17 /hour
