- Minimum 1 year of licensed Occupational Therapist experience (experience in home healthcare is a plus).
- Strong self-management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Responsive and timely communication through messaging.
- Proficient in documentation and ensuring timely completion.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a compassionate approach.
- Active California Occupational Therapist (OT) license.
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
- Current CPR certification and professional liability insurance.
- A physical examination was conducted within the last 2 years.
- Tuberculosis (TB) test conducted within the last 1-2 years depending on test type.
- Possession of an Employer Identification Number (EIN) with an active business license.

Our #1 objective at GSTS is to improve the quality of life of our patients in the safest and most effective manner possible.
