We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Occupational Therapist to join our well-established integrative wellness center in midtown Manhattan, NY. Come work with a diverse team in a growing and welcoming office that focuses on high quality patient care. As an Occupational Therapist in our multi-specialty care setting, you'll have access to a large integrated team that provides comprehensive care for the patients. This position comes with great work/life balance as well as large financial upside. We strive to provide exceptional care for our patients through high quality treatment offering one on one care in a non-rushed environment . We passionately address all aspects of health including physical, emotional and behavioral health through our team of chiropractors, physical therapists, physicians and occupational therapists. The candidate for this role must be competent with manual therapy, massage therapy, and/or lymphedema management. As well, the candidate must work well on an interdisciplinary team and have an entrepreneurial spirit. The position can be full-time or part-time and workday hours are flexible. In addition to a base salary, there is additional earnings potential.

Duties:
- Perform initial exams/consultations and re-exams (medical history, focused physical exam, review pertinent imaging/documents/reports)
- Evaluate findings, develop and prepare appropriate treatment plans
- Patient education as to diagnosis, treatment plan options, pre and post treatment care, lifestyle modifications, and benefits of continued care
- Treatment- rehab and various manual therapies and modalities
- Documentation and Charting (timely and accurate notes)
- Work cooperatively with the multidisciplinary team and other support staff for comprehensive patient care
- Patient follow up to ensure treatment goals are being met- reassessments
- Graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Active Occupational Therapy license in NY
- Special interest in lymphedema management, massage and manual therapy
- Part time or full time (depending on services/treatments rendered and preferred hours)
- $70-$90/hr with unlimited potential income based on the success of seeing patients
- Administrative/Practice support with dedicated staff
