Job Type: Occupational Therapist - Full or Part Time Available:
Full-time: Starting at 30 client hours/week. Option to work between 30-40
Base Pay Rate: Salary $73,666.672-$95,388.89annually. Based on experience and 40 hours.
Rural Pay Rate: Salary $77,350.00-$100,158.33 annually. Based on experience and 40 hours. (Canby/McMinnville locations only)

Qualifications:
- Occupational Therapy degree from an accredited college or university.
- State of Oregon Occupational Therapy License.
- CPR certification.
- Previous experience working in pediatrics is preferred. New graduates with a strong desire to learn and work in a pediatric outpatient clinic are encouraged to apply.
- Ability to utilize a play-based approach.
- Knowledge or ability to learn, safe use of suspension systems and therapy equipment.
- Comfortable sharing spaces (limited individual treatment rooms).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- High levels of professional accountability and ethical standards.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate individuals 0-21 years to determine the need for therapy services.
- Develop/Implement treatment plans and administer individualized therapy services.
- Complete all client treatment notes and reports in a timely manner meeting all insurance, supervision, and licensure requirements.
- Provide consistent home activities and caregiver education to support therapy goals.
- Collaborate with members of the client's care team.
- Provide guidance and support resources to clients and their families.

Seven clinics are located in the Portland metro area (Oregon City, Northeast Portland, Hillsboro, McMinnville, Wilsonville, Canby ,and Clackamas).
