What You’ll Be Doing:

• Evaluate residents' abilities to develop personalized treatment plans.
• Create and run therapy sessions to help people with any physical, cognitive, or emotional challenges.
• Collaborate with the residents, their families, and the care team to set some amazing therapy goals.
• Teach caregivers and staff how to integrate therapeutic activities into everyday routines.
• Keep track of residents' progress to ensure they’re getting the right support.
• Spread the love by embracing diversity and making everyone feel welcome.
• Join forces with us to improve therapy services and make them even cooler than they already are!

What You Bring:

• A degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• A license to practice Occupational Therapy in Indiana—this one’s a must!
• You’re great at figuring things out and staying focused on helping people.
• You’ve got a friendly personality and are an awesome communicator—everyone should feel happy and included around you.
• Experience working with older adults or those needing extra support is a bonus.
