Occupational Therapist (OT) - North Dade Nursing & Rehabilitation Center

Responsibilities and Duties of the Occupational Therapist (OT):

Services provided by the Occupational Therapist (OT) shall be performed within the scope of practice.

• Must be able to communicate and respond clearly via telephone and respond to patient's needs.
• Ensure HIPAA guidelines are met and maintained.
• Perform evaluation and assessments.
• Must be currently licensed in the state of Florida.
• One year of experience (preferred)
• Valid CPR card
• Must have all documentation up to date: professional license, driver's license, CPR, CEU's, Physical, and background check (ACHA).
