Qualifications:
- Must be a graduate of an AOTA accredited Occupational Therapy Program and initially certified or eligible for certification by the NCBOT
- Must have Tennessee OT (Occupational Therapist) license
- Must have a positive attitude and be a team player
- Prior SNF experience a plus
