Responsibilities:
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate occupational therapy services to meet individual patient needs.
Provide individualized therapeutic interventions to patients with acute and chronic conditions.
Maintain current knowledge of trends and developments in the field of occupational therapy.
Demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients and their families.
Provide quality patient care with a focus on making a positive impact on the lives of others.
Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the team’s goal of providing comprehensive patient care.
Ensure that all documentation and patient records are accurately completed and maintained.
Comply with all relevant state and federal regulations.
Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Qualifications
The successful candidate will be a licensed Occupational Therapist in good standing with the Oregon Board of Occupational Therapy Practice and will possess ideally two years of experience in a hospital-based setting
