Occupational Therapist Pediatric

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team as a Pediatric specialist. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in working with children and adolescents with various physical, developmental, and cognitive disabilities.

Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and assess the individual needs of pediatric patients to determine appropriate treatment plans
- Develop and implement therapy interventions to improve fine motor skills, sensory processing, coordination, and overall functional abilities
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to create a comprehensive and holistic approach to therapy
- Monitor and track progress of patients, adjusting treatment plans as needed
- Provide education and support to families on home exercise programs and strategies for promoting independence and participation in daily activities
- Stay current on best practices and evidence-based interventions in pediatric occupational therapy

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
- Current license to practice as an Occupational Therapist
- Experience working with pediatric population, preferably in a clinical or school setting
- Strong understanding of developmental milestones and pediatric conditions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team 

Preference given to those with valid Medicaid number
