A Adult Day Treatment Center located in Ridgewood, NY is seeking an Occupational Therapist

Position Type: Contract
Schedule: Monday through Friday and Saturday (can be 5-6 days per week), hours are 8am-1pm or 9am-2pm
Location: Ridgewood, NY

Requirements:
NY State Licensed Occupational Therapist
Minimum one year experience
Experience working with Adults in sub- acute or long term care
Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification
