Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team! At Everything In Between we treat people of all ages and abilities and are proud to be a neuro affirming practice. This position is a pediatric OT position, with opportunities for working with adults as well.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to evaluate patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional abilities
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings
- Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities
- Provide caregiver education and guidance to assist with follow through and carryover at home
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
- Monitor and document patients' progress throughout the treatment process
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and advancements in occupational therapy practices
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Valid state license or certification as an Occupational Therapist
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a small team
Skills:
Working with Pediatrics requires individuals to be flexible in their thinking and planning. We are looking for a candidate who is energetic, uplifting, confident with talking to parents and caregivers, a team player, and demonstrates strong co-regulation/self- regulation abilities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $52,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
