Neurotherapeutic Pediatric Therapies is currently hiring a pediatric Certified Occupational Therapist Assistants to join our multidisciplinary team at the Canby, Oregon location. We are seeking a creative, fun, and dynamic therapist, who has a passion for helping others and a commitment to continued growth and learning.

Job Type: Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant.
Full-time: Starting at 30 client hours/week. Option to work between 30-40, choosing your ideal caseload.
Base Pay Rate: Salary $50,000.00-$72,222.22 annually. Based on experience and 40 hours.
Rural Pay Rate: Salary $52,500.00-$75,833.33 annually. Based on experience and 40 hours. (Canby/McMinnville locations only)

Qualifications:
- Certified Occupational Assistant degree from an accredited college or university.
- State of Oregon Certified Occupational Assistant Therapy License.
- Prior experience in pediatrics required
- CPR certification.
- Previous experience working in pediatrics, preferred.
- Ability to utilize a play-based approach.
- Knowledge or ability to learn, safe use of suspension systems and therapy equipment.
- Comfortable sharing spaces, limited individual treatment rooms.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- High levels of professional accountability and ethical standards.
Responsibilities:
- Implement treatment plans and administer individualized therapy services.
- Complete all client treatment notes and reports in a timely manner meeting all insurance, supervision, and licensure requirements.
- Provide consistent home activities and caregiver education to support therapy goals.
- Collaborate with members of the clients care team.
- Provide guidance and support resources to clients and their families.

We have now been serving the community for over 35 years and our services include pediatric occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech therapy, mental health therapy, and naturopathic care. We combine the latest, most effective treatment and techniques to address the unique needs of each individual we serve. Our programs serve the whole person, not just one aspect of their development.We have grown to include 8 clinics throughout the state of Oregon. Seven clinics are located in the Portland metro area (Oregon City, Northeast Portland, Hillsboro, McMinnville, Wilsonville, Canby ,and Clackamas). One in Medford with our partner, Medford Children’s Therapy. Together these clinics provide more than 800 client visits each week.We work to positively impact kids, families, and our community by providing comprehensive therapy services in an innovative and collaborative environment, with an unwavering commitment to the removal of financial barriers for all.
