The qualified COTA for this position will work weekdays and 1 weekend per month in the skilled and long term care settings, as well as assisted living and memory care. - Must be a graduate of an AOTA accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program and initially certified or eligible for certification by the NCBOT
- Must have Tennessee COTA (Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant ) license
- Must have reliable transportation, a positive attitude, and be a team player
- Prior SNF experience a plus
