Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant

Care IV Home Health is a locally owned and operated home health agency in Little Rock seeking a full-time Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our esteemed team. Requirements:

• Active Occupational Therapy Assistant license or registered in the state of Arkansas.
• A minimum of three professional references on the application or upon initial contact.
• Previous acute OTA experience preferred.
• Home Health experience is a plus but not required.

Occupational Therapy Assistant COTA duties may include, but are not necessarily limited to:

• Visit patients in the comfort of their homes and assisted living facilities
  
• Performing OT, documenting/charting patient progress, updating OT or Case Manager on patient status, etc.
• Other OT duties as assigned
