What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate with occupational therapists to create personalized treatment plans for our awesome residents.
• Help residents with therapeutic exercises and activities to improve mobility, strength, and functional abilities—watch them crush their goals!
• Keep track of progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure our residents are always improving.
• Provide residents and their families with tips on the best adaptive equipment and techniques for an easier life.
• Work closely with our rad team to ensure our residents receive top-notch, synchronized care.
• Be a stand-up individual who respects the rights and dignity of our residents at all times.

What You Bring:

• Graduated from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program—you’ve got the credentials.
• Licensed or certified to practice as an Occupational Therapy Assistant in our state.
• Compassionate and patient-focused—you’re all about the people.
• A great communicator who loves working in a cool team environment.
