We are looking for a motivated shift leaders to oversee daily operations during designated shifts, supervise employees, and ensure that our customers receive outstanding service. The shift leader's responsibilities include creating a shift schedule, dealing with no-shows, delegating tasks, handling cash up, and reporting any issues to the manager.
To be successful as a shift leader, you should be able to manage a team of people and ensure that all duties are performed accurately. Ultimately, a top shift leader should be able to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.
Compensation
- $17.50 to $20 (Base Pay + Tips)

Responsibilities
- Supervising employees, assigning duties, and creating a shift schedule.
- Monitoring team performance and ensuring duties are performed efficiently.
- Reporting any issues that arise during the shift to management.
- Managing employee requests and transgressions.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies, health, and safety standards.
- Coaching team members and training new staff.
- Opening and closing registers, accounting for the daily intake, and preparing cash deposits.
- Handling customer issues and employee disputes.
Essential Role Functions
- RAVING FANS SERVICE: Instinctively serves the customer with a smile and genuine intentions to provide customers with a great experience. Always acts in a way that represents the "Crumbl Culture".
- BAKING CRUMBL COOKIES: Follows Crumbl recipes with exactness and care. Pays close attention to the details of each cookie, making sure consistency and the highest of quality is experienced every time.
- PRESENTATION & CLEANLINESS: Is detailed with each cookie's presentation, ensuring no steps are skipped, and the final product is warm, delicious, presentable, and filled with lots of Crumbl love. Constantly cleans and maintains order with the equipment and utensils used, as well as keeps the kitchen areas presentable and safe.
- TEAMWORK: Understands the importance of delivering on individual role responsibilities but also shows a desire and effort to support fellow crew members perform other business tasks.
- EFFICIENT: Has a mindset and work-ethic that is focused on providing exceptional service and Crumbl products in a quick manner. Commits to performing all duties extremely well at a pace that creates a memorable experience for the customer.
- TECHNOLOGY: Understand and uses Crumbl business technology applications efficiently. Stays current on all training and displays a high level of performance in the technology tools used.
- KITCHEN EQUIPMENT: Safely and properly operates Crumbl kitchen equipment and utensils. Shows respect and ownership over the equipment, utensils, and other kitchen material.

It all started with one big dream, two crazy cousins, and the perfect combination of flour, sugar, and chocolate chips. Crumbl was co-founded by Jason McGowan (CEO) & Sawyer Hemsley (COO). They both teamed up and dove head-first into the world of baking. After thousands of dollars in wasted dough, recipes that did not live up to their expectations, and cookies that are just plain embarrassing to them today, the two cousins decided to take their 'perfect cookie quest' to the people. They gathered feedback and tested recipes — a practice that is still part of the Crumbl process — until they created the world’s best chocolate chip cookie.
