SALARY: ENTRY LEVEL: $61,024
SCHEDULE: TUESDAY- SATURDAY, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM OR AS DIRECTED
Job Summary and Duties: The Court Coordinator is employed by the Office of the Chief Judge and reports to the Presiding Judge and the Division Administrator of the Pretrial Division. The applicant must possess a high degree of integrity, discretion, maintain professionalism. Job duties include, but are not limited to:

Job Summary and Duties: The Court Coordinator is employed by the Office of the Chief Judge and reports to the Presiding Judge and the Division Administrator of the Pretrial Division. The applicant must possess a high degree of integrity, discretion, maintain professionalism. Job duties include, but are not limited to:
- Assist the Court Administrator with projects or assignments by the Presiding Judge;
- Coordinate judicial schedules and daily courtroom assignments;
- Provide appropriate and accurate court information such as court dates, information on remote proceedings, and other areas of inquiry;
- Provide support staff services for the Presiding Judge and the judges assigned to the Pretrial Division;
- Evening and weekend hours may be required;
- Perform such other duties as may be assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred;
- Ability to respond and follow through with proper procedures required by the Court;
- Knowledge of how cases proceed through the system, and forms, documents and procedures associated with same;
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Excel, Power Point, and MS Word, and expertise in management of Zoom and Microsoft Teams platforms;
- Excellent written and oral communication skills;
- Excellent interpersonal skills;
- Proficient with Adobe Acrobat Reader and Adobe Fill and Sign;
- Proficient with navigating through high volume of emails.
- Ability to work cooperatively and integrate with legal and non-legal personnel.
Other Requirements:
This position has a schedule of Tuesday through Saturday, 8:30 am-4:30 pm.
Working conditions/physical requirements:
- On a continuous basis, sit at a desk for long periods of time in front of a computer screen;
- Intermittently twist to reach equipment or supplies surrounding desk;
- Perform simple grasping and fine manipulation;
- Strength to lift files weighing up to 20 pounds;
- Use telephone and computer keyboard on a daily basis.
