The company now employs over 300 employees, and is a six-time recipient of Chicagos Best and Brightest Employers to Work For award. **_Frequent Onsite Work_** OEM Field Service Engineer. **Must be within 1 hour commute of Savannah and willing to be onsite.** **Job Functions/Purpose** Provides high level, visible customer support through the performance of on-site installation support, as well as overseeing any necessary diagnoses, troubleshooting, service, and training to the customer. **Key Responsibilities** : The description below is not intended to an exhaustive list of responsibilities, and they will change from time to time. Furthermore, this does not establish a contract for employment and is subject to change at the discretion of the employer. + Serve as the primary support point of contact for all communication with assigned customers, manage customer expectations, and act as their internal advocate for the design, production, and oversight of the installation of In-Flight Entertainment and Cabin Management Systems (IFE/CMS) onboard private, government and commercial applications. + Maintain continuous communication with customers and between departments within the organization, ensuring both are equally represented. + Interact with sales, engineering, production, and other members of the cross-functional team to focus on the delivery of new or enhanced products and improve customer satisfaction. + Instructs customers in the operation and maintenance of the system. + Trains customers on how the system works. + Frequent travel + Assists with sustainable engineering by providing feedback on issues and solutions. + Rotatable on-call AOG support and quick reaction to customer technical needs. + Assist other areas to maintain product airworthiness and functionality. **Job Requirements** **Education/Experience** + Associates degree in computer science or engineering. + Minimum 3 years field experience **Competencies** + Communication Proficient + Collaboration Skills + Customer/Client Focus + Organizational Skills + Ethical Conduct + Personal Effectiveness/Credibility + Time Management **Physical** While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to talk or hear.
