Title of Position: Catering Sales Manager

Job Description: The Catering Sales Manager is responsible for selling entertainment! Our ideal team member will serve as the 'face' of our company and work with our guests to design the perfect blend of food, drinks, games & team-building for corporate and social events. The Catering Sales Manager will require networking skills to create strong relationships in the community, great multi-tasking abilities, and the desire to succeed! Our Catering Sales Manager must enjoy working in a fast-paced, multi-faceted atmosphere. This person must have an outgoing personality with outstanding verbal and communication skills. An eagerness to learn and love developing new sales skills are assets we look for, along with someone who genuinely enjoys networking events!

Qualifications:

• The Catering Sales Manager must have at least 3 years’ experience selling off-premise events
• The Catering Sales Manager must be a ready-to-sell team player
• The Catering Sales Manager must have working knowledge of BEO preparation
• The Catering Sales Manager must be able to negotiate pricing for menus, bar packages, rentals, etc.
• The Catering Sales Manager must be extremely guest orientated with the highest degree of honesty and integrity
• The Catering Sales Manager should always act as a “brand ambassador” for our company
