Office 365 Administrator at Alexander Technology Group

Alexander Technology Group is working with a local client that is looking to hire an Office 365 Administrator to manage Microsoft 365 infrastructure, provide user support, and oversee services like Teams and SharePoint. Key Responsibilities:

• Administer Microsoft 365 services (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, etc.)
• Provide user and license management, security, and compliance support
• Manage tenant migrations and system security
• Support M365 security policies, anti-phishing, and malware protections
• Manage Azure AD, Identity Access Management, and Conditional Access policies
• Troubleshoot and provide user support for M365 products
• Create and maintain automation scripts (PowerShell, PowerApps)
• Provide 2nd level support for escalated Service Desk issues
• Qualifications:
• 5+ years in IT administration, including Windows Server, Exchange, and M365
• Experience with Azure AD, Intune, and M365 Security
• Strong knowledge of PowerShell scripting
• Microsoft certifications preferred
• Education:
• Bachelor’s in IT or 5+ years of relevant experience
• Skills:
• Self-starter with excellent time management and communication skills
• Strong team player with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
