- Responsible for managing and configuring mobile device access to company data within the Microsoft 365 environment, primarily using Microsoft Intune, ensuring secure access to corporate applications and data across various mobile devices while enforcing company policies and compliance standards
- The Office 365 Mobility and Intune Administrator is responsible for managing and configuring mobile device access to company data within the Microsoft 365 environment. This role involves administering Microsoft Intune to ensure secure access to corporate applications and data across various mobile devices while enforcing company policies, compliance standards, and security protocols. The ideal candidate will ensure that mobile devices are properly managed and secure in alignment with organizational requirements.
- Administer and configure Microsoft Intune for mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM), ensuring secure access to corporate data and applications.
- Manage device enrollment, provisioning, and compliance policies for mobile devices (iOS, Android, and Windows) within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
- Implement security policies, including encryption, remote wipe, conditional access, and multi-factor authentication (MFA), to protect company data across mobile devices.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements by enforcing data loss prevention (DLP), device compliance, and access control policies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to mobile device access, application configurations, and compliance within Microsoft Intune and Office 365.
- Monitor and report on mobile device activity, security incidents, and policy violations, taking appropriate action to maintain security and compliance.
- Collaborate with IT security and compliance teams to continuously enhance mobile device security, improve Intune policies, and align with organizational goals.
- Provide training and support to end-users on Intune features, mobile device management, and secure access to corporate resources.
- Proven experience in Microsoft Intune administration and Office 365 mobile device management.
- Strong knowledge of mobile device platforms (iOS, Android, Windows) and their management within the Microsoft 365 environment.
- Experience with security features such as conditional access, data loss prevention (DLP), encryption, and MFA.
- Familiarity with compliance standards and regulations related to mobile device security and data protection.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills related to mobile device and application management.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with IT teams and end-users.
