About the Job
We are looking for a skilled office admin/ bookkeeper. This office-based role is crucial to the daily functioning of the entire team.
Responsibilities:
- Office phone and communication coverage
- Assist in the Process of Accounts Payable
- Assist in the processing of Accounts Receivable
- Bank Reconciliations
- Assist financial reports and other projects
- Assist in the processing of weekly timecards for payroll
- Performs other duties as requested in line with an office manager/bookkeeper
Expereince / Skills:
- Previous Experience in bookkeeping preferred
- Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good interpersonal skills are necessary
- Perform with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Exceptional organization skills and the ability to prioritize projects
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong computer proficiency with knowledge of QuickBooks and Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word PowerPoint)
- Minimum of 3-5 years relevant experience working in office admin and or bookkeeping
- Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
- Certified Bookkeepers encouraged to apply
