Responds to customer verbal and/or written inquiries. Records details about customer inquiries. Helps resolve complicated customer complaints. Coordinates and expedites customer inquiries to other departments for resolution. (3-5 years of experience) Call Center Representative I acts as the primary contact between the customer and Service Support. Responsible for placing/ answering telephone call inquiries and promoting an organization's products and services.
Required Qualifications: Associate's degree or high school diploma/GED and 0-2 years of experience
Prior demonstrated experience working in a Customer service role.
Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts practices and procedures within a particular field.
Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
Works under immediate supervision.
Demonstrated analytical thinking/problem solving ability
Ability to think clearly and quickly and empathize in high-pressure situations
Tenacity & creativity in handling customer issues
