About the Job
Order Processor- Administrative Office Position (New Stanton, PA)
We are a family-owned and operated food distributor looking for a candidate with a to process customer invoices with efficiency and accuracy in a computerized system.
Responsibilities:
- Verify order fulfillment on customer invoices.
- Determine any discrepancies on picked orders.
- Solve all inventory fulfillment issues, including lot discrepancies.
- Make corrections and changes in the system to finalize customer invoice.
- Ability to communicate with sales staff in regard to customer orders.
- Receive and adjust inventory in the computer system.
- Answer phones.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to be flexible and change directions and priorities if necessary.
- Ability to quickly learn new tasks.
- All other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma.
- Excellent data entry skills .
- Proficient typing skills- 10 Key Proficient a Must.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to retain information and instructions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Organization and time management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and maintaining both a proactive and positive attitude.
