About the Job
Our Client in the medical manufacturing industry is in search of an Office Administrator to join their team! The Office Administrator will assist with customer orders and collaborate with other internal teams to ensure success in the ongoing operations of the business. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in an administrative role, work ethic, and work well in a team setting.

Schedule: Mon-Fri 9:00A – 5:00P

Job responsibilities:
- Intake customer orders
- Answer incoming calls, respond to emails, and correspondence
- Retrieve and process mail
- Print and store important documents
- Maintain an organized filing system
- Assist with processing expense
- Assist with any other administrative task needed
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of administrative experience
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office & Windows OS
- Can work independently
- Ability to multitask
- Highly organized
- Detail- oriented
