About the Job
Responsibilities:
- You shall manage daily office operations, ensuring that the office environment is organized and efficient.
- We expect you to coordinate meetings and appointments, including scheduling conference rooms and preparing necessary materials.
- You will oversee inventory management by tracking office supplies and placing orders as needed to maintain stock levels.
- You shall act as a point of contact for employees regarding administrative inquiries, providing prompt and accurate assistance.
- We expect you to handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including sorting mail, managing emails, and coordinating package deliveries.
- You will assist in maintaining records and filing systems, ensuring all documents are properly categorized and easily accessible.
- You shall support HR-related tasks such as onboarding new hires, organizing employee files, and assisting with payroll processing.
- We expect you to contribute to team projects and company initiatives by providing administrative support and coordination as required.
Requirements:
- You will manage and coordinate office operations, including scheduling meetings, booking conference rooms, and maintaining an organized calendar to ensure smooth day-to-day activities.
- We require you to handle correspondence by sorting mail, responding to emails, and managing phone calls with professionalism and efficiency.
- You must maintain accurate records of office supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed and ensuring timely replenishment to support overall productivity.
- You should assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation required for internal and external communications.
- We need you to facilitate onboarding processes for new hires by preparing necessary paperwork, setting up workspaces, and providing orientation on office procedures.
- You are expected to coordinate travel arrangements for team members, including flight bookings, hotel reservations, and itinerary management while adhering to company policies.
- We look for you to support various administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, filing documents, and maintaining a clean and orderly office environment.
- You must act as a liaison between different departments to streamline communication and foster collaboration within Captain Jay's Corporate Offices.
