Office Administrator at Heat and Control

JOB DUTIES:

• Phone operator duties; taking and routing messages
• Welcome visitors and assist office staff daily
• Assist managers with Word documents, Excel, and PowerPoint
• File customer records and shipping documentation
• Coordinate event and meeting calendars

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: 

• High School Diploma or GED required. Business degree a plus.
• Business degree or certificate an advantage
• At least two years of administrative experience
• Experience with Microsoft Office; Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Pleasant phone presentation with customer service skills
• Presents well groomed, professional appearance
• Reliable attendance with minimal missed time is required
