The Office Administrator supports the team for all SBA operations, emphasizing company operations, maintaining and creating procedures, and communication. Your efforts allow SBA to achieve organizational efficiency and nurture the friendly environment our clients and team love.
We seek office administrator candidates who will coordinate office activities and operations while providing administrative support to the team. Successful candidates will oversee the daily workflow of administrative tasks to ensure efficient office procedures.
Key Responsibilities
· Directs office activities and functions to maintain efficiency and compliance with company policies.
· Prepares agendas and maintains calendars for the owner and team.
· Oversees telephone services, email correspondence, and mail distribution.
· Maintains office supplies inventory.
· Maintains records, documentation, and files, particularly more complex or sensitive files such as employee files.
· Assists clerical and support staff with their assigned duties when needed.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
· Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate.
· Ability to function well in a high-paced and, at times, stressful environment.
· Basic understanding of how to operate standard business equipment.
· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in business administration or related field preferred.
