HCLTech is looking to hire a Project coordinator/Office Administrator/Processing Specialist with accurate and timely sorting, prioritizing, keying, verification, and validation of data using various software programs, databases, and/or websites
This opportunity requires to Day 1 onsite at Horsham, PA. No privilege of hybrid or remote. Job Summary: The Processing Specialist is responsible for accurate and timely sorting, prioritizing, keying, verification, and validation of data using various software programs, databases, and/or websites.

Education and/or Experience: Advanced computer experience, including experience with Microsoft Office or similar business software. Experience with document imaging/scanning hardware a plus. Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as data entry, word processing, and transcription.
Language Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to read single and multiple syllable words and to recognize similarities and differences between words, symbols, and numbers. Ability to read and understand information and ideas presented in writing. Ability to communicate professionally with clients and consumers.
Mathematical Skills: Ability to complete simple mathematical equations, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
Computer Skills Ability to type 40-60 WPM (8,000 — 10,000 kph) or above with a high degree of accuracy, with demonstrated proficiency in both alpha and numeric entry, with emphasis on alpha, Proficiency (Knowledge of) with MS Office package (i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or similar business software. Ability to operate printers, faxes, and document imaging/scanning hardware. Other Skills and Abilities Ability to perform requested tasks accurately with minimal direction.
