The Office Administrator/HR Manager will be a key team member that will be responsible for overseeing the HR functions of the Company and act as a resource to handle and support the operations of our high-end landscape construction company. This is a full-time position working in our beautiful Spokane office.

Responsibilities Include:
- Maintain and develop company policies and ensure company standards are met.
- Ability to develop and implement new systems to streamline company processes.
- Play a leadership role in addressing HR issues, employee disputes, and disciplinary actions as needed.
- Facility and equipment management including managing building leases and contracts with office equipment vendors.
- Maintaining the safety of the organization including updating and maintaining our safety program and policies and handling company insurance policies renewals.
- Monitor payroll, timesheets, and other internal controls.
- Act as a liaison between the employees and the Owner.
- Oversee the planning and coordination of events and meetings, including management meetings and company celebrations.
- Provide administrative support for staff including preparing monthly reports.
- Serve as the organization’s point of contact with IT service provider.
- Handle all organizational human resource functions, including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, compensation, benefits procurement and maintenance, personnel record documentation and maintenance, ACA, and all other HR functions.
- Work with CFO to manage payroll, pay plans, incentive, and bonuses and help maintain Federal & State Labor law compliance.
- Work closely with the owner with high level management issues.
- Oversee and maintain company Human Resource platform, ARCORO.

- HR Experience a plus.
- QuickBooks experience a plus.
- Knowledge of Insurance products a plus.
This is a Full-time in office position, Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
Pay: $80k - $110k per year DOE.
