About the Job
Responsibilities
• Assists the Account Development Manager with accounting, invoicing, and billing functions
of the department, customer, and small business vendors.
• Ability to enter purchase requisitions and create invoices along with tracking and monitoring
to ensure payment.
• Plan and oversee ongoing projects/programs related to the office, including local and
corporate support events and the Georgia Lottery internship program.
• Oversee employee company and lottery background check process.
• Perform general office administration including, but not limited to, answering telephone
calls, responding to routine and semi-complex inquiries, routing and/or transferring calls,
maintaining departmental contact and distribution lists and file maintenance.
• Greet, sign-in, and badge all incoming visitors, consultants/contractors, and new hires.
• Instruct new hires on use of IGT website.
• Open, sort, and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail/courier packages.
• Order and maintain office supplies, shipping materials, and equipment.
• Performs general maintenance and upkeep of common areas, including kitchen,
conference rooms, supply room and storage closets.
• Provide administrative assistance and support to management and staff.
• Arrange and schedule appointments, meetings, conference rooms, seminars and training,
offsite meeting logistics including equipment, food, presentations, and travel coordination.
• Send office-wide announcements and updates to rules and regulations.
• Handle expense report submissions and purchasing card reconciliations.
• Coordinate office building safety and evacuation requirements.
Qualifications
Education: Associates degree or equivalent experience; Bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience:
• 2-4 years' experience preferred in office management.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Customer relationship and customer service skills
• Strong communication and verbal skills
• Experience with SAP and Share Point preferred
• Ability to effectively multi-task
• Strong adaptability to change
• Ability to be autonomous and resourceful
• Must be willing to work in the office at least 4-days/week.
• Must be able to pass criminal, education and employment background check Located in
