As the Office Administrator you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- As an individual contributor you will provide administrative support to the entire company with a hyper focus on supporting the executives in their day to day.
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external communications, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling inquiries.
- Maintain and organize office files, records, and databases, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy of information.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other business documents.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Monitor and manage office supplies inventory, placing orders as needed to ensure availability.
- Support event planning and coordination for company meetings, conferences, and other activities.
- Handle general office duties such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing documents.
- Assist in onboarding new employees by preparing necessary documentation and coordinating initial training sessions.
- Perform other administrative tasks and projects as assigned by management.
- High school diploma or equivalent; an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant, office assistant, or in a similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Reliable and punctual with strong attendance history.
