Overview:The Office Administrator is responsible for the oversight of InnVentures Corporate Office in Kent, WA. The Office Administrator will oversee and support administrative duties in the office by ensuring all general areas are operating smoothly. This role is hourly, full time in office required. Reports to EVP Operations.

- Assist with receptionist duties: greet visitors, and answer and direct phone, providing coverage as needed;
- Receive and sort incoming mail and deliveries, and manage outgoing mail;
- Oversee all general office areas, breakroom and copier room inventory;
- Submitting online work orders and scheduling repairs and maintenance for general office space and equipment;
- Assist with office layout planning and office moves, working in conjunction with IT;
- Assist with onboarding set up for new hires, working in conjunction with HR and IT for assigned cubicles, name plates, door codes, parking and welcome bags;
- Update GM distribution email group, and audit new hires and terminations monthly;
- Provide other administrative support as necessary, including scheduling group meetings, maintaining calendars, doing research, and creating reports;
- Gift ordering as needed for corporate & property associates;
- Reserve Conference Room for events as needed;
- Provide, track and audit access to list;
- Partner with HR for on and off-site quarterly associate and community outreach event planning and actual execution – organization, catering, venues, supplies, etc.;
- Assist with submission of expense reports, travel arrangements and coordination of meeting agendas for senior leadership;
- Assist with coordination of transitions of new properties and offboarding;
- Assist with coordination of budget presentations and ownership meetings planning;
- Renewal of licenses and permits;
- Other administrative duties as needed.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- High organizational skills
- High communication skills
- 1-4 years of previous administrator experience preferred
- Certified notary preferred
- Full time in office required
Salary Range: $28-$32/hour
