We are working with a client that is seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to manage daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and smooth workflow
This role involves handling back-end administrative tasks, but also includes interacting with high-level confidential documents
The ideal candidate is personable, adaptable, and thrives in a dynamic, growing office environment.
Location: Needham, MA (Fully On-Site)
Job Type: Full-Time (40 hours/week, typical business hours)
Pay: $20-25/hour

Key Responsibilities:
Assist various teams with scheduling meetings, preparing reports, handling correspondence, and maintaining records
Greet visitors, answer calls, and manage inquiries in a professional manner
Organize meetings, conference calls, and events, ensuring smooth logistical arrangements
Maintain office databases and filing systems, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and accessibility
Facilitate internal communications to ensure timely dissemination of information across departments
Qualifications:
Associate's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
Minimum of 2 years in an administrative or office management role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Must be able to handle highly confidential documents
Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
