YOUR LIFE AS A OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR
The schedule for this position is part-time or full-time.
As an Office Admin, you make sure that all of our administrative operations flow smoothly. We want our clients to have the best experience with us, so you provide them with top-quality customer service. You warmly greet and communicate with customers, both in the shop and on the phone. You're always kind and quick to answer questions and find solutions to their concerns. Using QuickBooks and Excel spreadsheets, you help with accounting, warranty information, and rebates. You get a great sense of accomplishment using your customer service and administrative skills to help others!
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
- Must have at least 4 years of professional experience using Microsoft Excel and Quickbooks
- Customer service skills
- Phone skills
- 5+ years of experience with multimedia operations and implementing
The ability to speak both English and Spanish is preferred but not required.
