Office Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to manage a variety of administrative and project coordination tasks. The ideal candidate will have experience in office administration, accounting support, and project coordination. This position plays a key role in supporting the smooth operation of the office while also providing critical support to projects.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

• Coordinate purchasing documentation, track purchase requests, and confirm receipt of goods
• Ensure materials are accurately received and tracked both on-site and off-site
• Assist accounting functions, including processing expense reports & AP invoices
• Support Accounting functions and prepare financial information

• Assist with Human Resources administrative functions
• Maintains documentation and filing systems
• Responsible for assisting with the administrative functions of the organization, including front desk support, shipping and receiving, and overall office maintenance

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2 - 4 years of experience in a similar role
• Some experience with Human Resources and Accounting is preferred
• Ability to obtain security clearance
