Office Administrator – Outpatient Clinic
Signet Health is actively hiring for an experienced individual to handle the responsibilities as an Office Administrator – Outpatient Clinic at our program with Trinity Health Hospital in Minot, North Dakota.
The Office Administrator will handle the financial/accounting aspects of the clinic including budgeting, billing, accounting reporting, as examples.

Requirements/Qualifications:Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field such as business, finance, or healthcare management.
- Three (3) years healthcare management experience in a physician practice setting.
- Financial experience - budgeting, accounting reporting systems / software, billing, financial analysis, and revenue cycle. Excel and / or similar database reporting is a plus.
- Knowledge of practice disciplines.
- Knowledge of clinical work-flows, patient experience, and human resources.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Leadership / management experience.
- Advanced problem solving, critical thinking skills and adaptability to manage crisis.
- Proficient computer skills.
Trinity Health, Minot ND is a nonprofit, integrated healthcare system serving northwest/central North Dakota and Eastern Montana. With a tertiary care hospital in Minot, Trinity Health has more than 40 specialties, several rural health clinics, and a long-term care facility.
April 1922, representatives from Churches across the territory gathered to organize the Trinity Hospital Association. $60,000 was raised and building for a 30-bed hospital started.
