Where would you step in?
As a valuable member of our administration team, you will provide support to all levels of technical and operational staff. This position will be 30 hours per week with full-time benefits. You will sit in our Providence or North Kingstown office and will work in a hybrid office/remote model, including flex-time summer Fridays.
What will you be doing?
As an Office Administrator, you will assist with projects including opening new projects, reproduction of specifications and contracts, and help with preparing RFIs and addenda. You will also assist our marketing and communications department with proposal preparation and coordinating, transmitting, and logging submittals and RFIs for selected projects. Your administrative responsibility in the Rhode Island offices will include greeting guests, scheduling and coordinating meetings, maintaining office supplies, working with equipment vendors and building maintenance, and other administrative tasks. You will also help with video conferences and meeting coordination for professional development and training. New hire and onboarding activities will also be part of your administrative responsibility.
What do you need?
You will need 0-5 years of experience in an office administration role. An associate degree in a related field would be preferred. You will need proficient Microsoft Office skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills for internal and external audiences. You should have a collaborative personality, a “can do” attitude, and a professional presence. It would be helpful if you had the capability to make independent decisions, manage multiple priorities, take initiative, and have the foresight to address issues as they arise.

Individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors; the salary range for this position is $19.20 - $30.60 per hour.
