The Role
Artemis is looking for an Office Administrator for the Riverside office. Under the supervision of the Site Director, the Office Administrator is responsible for supervising all administrative aspects of the office.
Position Type: Full Time
Pay Range: $18-$23/hr
Location: Riverside-no remote work
Travel: 10%
Work Schedule: Monday- Friday 7:00am-3:30 pm
Responsibilities:
- Management and oversight of all office supplies and equipment to ensure the site is fully operational and in compliance with required pertinent regulations
- Maintain clear and consistent communications with Site Management teams and leadership to ensure efficient daily operational flow
- Manage facility-related expenses to ensure budget adherence and maximize profitability for the company
- Audit and manage the office for compliance with standards for inventory, maintenance, cleanliness, etc.
- Greet patients, visitors, representatives, and other customers and direct them in a friendly, prompt and helpful manner
Qualifications:
- Must have strong computer skills, and able and willing to learn new software systems
- Must have prior office administration experience or similar experience
- Bachelors or advanced degree/certification a plus
- Bilingual in Spanish/English a plus
- Commitment and ability to deliver excellent customer service
- Excellent communication, punctual and responsible
- Extremely well organized
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Trustworthy, reliable; attentive to details
- Mature and pleasant demeanor
