About the Job
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Being detail-oriented, you verify and update customer information, schedule appointments.
- Create work orders, and dispatch service technicians.
- You also follow up after services are complete to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
- In addition to keeping customers happy, you also help with sorting and distributing mail.
- Completing invoicing, processing payments, handling accounts payable, running reports.
- Tracking employees' daily time, and updating software with details regarding material, equipment, and expense orders.
