Job Title: Office Administrator (part-time, Monday through Thursday)
Location: San Francisco, CA
Pay: $25-27 per hour
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to support our team at a leading investment bank in San Francisco. This role involves overseeing daily office operations, maintaining a productive workplace, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth functioning within our fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, a strong communicator, and able to juggle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Front Desk Management: Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, manage reception duties, and provide excellent customer service.
- Office Operations: Oversee office supplies and inventory, manage vendor relationships, coordinate with building management, and maintain general office tidiness.
- Administrative Support: Assist executives and staff with scheduling, travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and calendar management.
- Event Coordination: Organize in-office events, meetings, and social gatherings, including catering, setup, and logistics.
- Document Management: Organize and maintain office files, including employee records, contracts, and other confidential documents.
- Communication: Serve as a liaison between employees and management, providing updates on company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience: 2-4 years of administrative or office management experience, ideally in finance or a related field.
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Experience with office management software and scheduling tools.
- Ability to maintain discretion and handle confidential information.
