About the Job
Responsibilities will include ensuring the workforce/talent acquisition is integrated effectively to support overall strategic plans of the organization. The HR administrator must have the unique ability to multi-task while offering hands-on, day-to-day, administration support for complete staffing lifecycle including recruiting, new employee on-boarding, payroll, taxes, job boards and maintaining applicant database.
This position can be part-time or full time.
10% Consistently and effectively execute HR administrative tasks in a timely manner to ensure compliance with all legal, state federal and customer complaints/concerns
Assist with weekly pay-roll administration
Time sheet reconciliation - weekly
Ensure accuracy of data - cross check with customer's information
Ensure the reconciliation process is done in a timely manner so that pay-roll is sent on time, every time.
Assist with pay-roll tax processes
