We are looking for a Business Xcelerator (Bookkeeper, Event Coordinator, and Office Administartor) with these qualities:
- Master of wearing many hats: Your role has three components - event coordination, office management, and bookkeeping. Are you the Unicorn that can handle ever-changing priorities? Put the word SWISS ARMY KNIFE on your resume and cover letter in red to stand out from the crowd.
- Self-starter and strong finisher: a confident individual with a strong initiative to get the job done attitude, and no small task is too small for you.
- Your heart is all things Small Business Administration: if you've worked in small businesses before and you get fired up to help them grow behind the scenes, this role is for you!
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Office Administration and Event Management:
- Logistics for on and off-site events
- Class participant coordination and communication
- Office upkeep (inventory and organizing)
- Calendar management
- Light IT support
- Marketing collateral capturing
- Hiring process maintenance/assistance as needed
Finance/HR Administration (using QuickBooks Online):
- Running weekly cashflow reports
- Categorizing expenses
- Invoicing and paying vendors
- Running payroll
- Tax reporting
- Benefits administration

Pay is between $25 - $32 per hour based on experience. Work hours are Monday through Friday during business hours (3-5 times a month 7:30 am start is a must), in-office presence is required with some flexibility. Health benefits, life insurance, and PTO are available after 60 days of hire.
