SAS Safety, a division of Bunzl, is seeking an Office/AR Clerk for our new office in Cerritos, CA. The Office/AR Clerk will assist in general office tasks along with the maintenance of the Accounts Receivable process.

_Responsibilities:_
+ Distribute mail, filing, scanning and general office tasks
+ Obtain trade references for Credit
+ Enter cash receipts into accounting system
+ Investigate outstanding invoices
+ Send collection emails, make collection calls and reconcile account balances
+ Assist the Accounting Department as needed
_Requirements:_
+ High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
+ 2-3 years of Accounts Receivable experience preferred
+ Must be able to communicate in English (written and verbal)
+ High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
+ Proven experience with basic mathematical calculations
+ Ability to manage accounting figures and financial records
+ Ability to multi-task projects, establish priorities, work independently and organize work effectively
+ Must be proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook
SAS CA Salary Range is: $18-$23 per hour based on experience, education and geographic location.
