About the Job
Central Orange County Property Management company has an opening for an Office Assistant.
As the office assistant you will be working with the Investor Relations team!
We are looking for someone to join our fast paced property management team!
This will be working in our corporate office, onsite Monday - Friday
Duties:
Assist with receiving, reviewing and composting emails
Receive and prepare checks for mail out
Receive, open, and organize incoming mail
Assist with researching and gathering information
General data entry
Computer savvy in Excel, Word and Google.
Requirements:
Excellent communicator
Personable, able to collaborate with a team, foster future growth
Ability to problem solve
Excellent organizational skills and attention to details
Comfortable in a fast paced, high volume environment.
Bilingual Spanish is a plus!
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Recent work history working in an office setting.
