Bilingual Office Assistant
Our client is looking to hire a Bilingual Office Assistant for a 2-3 month contract position to provide additional front desk administrative support for their busy Boston office. This role requires great customer service and multitasking skills, and the ability to manage a variety of responsibilities. This position will be 5 days onsite and require candidates to be bilingual in English and Cantonese communication.
Compensation: $19 per hour*
*rate listed not guaranteed – potential offers vary based on experience level, qualifications, and internal equity and may be outside of this range.
Applicants must be able to work onsite 5 days per week in Boston, MA to be eligible for this position.

Responsibilities:
• Answering phones, meeting/greeting visitors, filing, sorting, updating records and basic clerical duties as needed.
Qualifications:
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
• Bilingual in English and Cantonese communication (written/oral)
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Must be reliable, driven and a self-starter
• Tactful, adaptable, coachable; able to take direction and follow instructions
• 0-2 years of office experience
